The New SLC is simple but stretched out. Two hours is reasonable only if you also respect the walk—check the gate before lingering, particularly when it is in Concourse B.

Ground transportation
Don’t stand at the wrong curb
Ride-app pickup uses designated ground-level lanes outside baggage claim. Confirm the current door and zone in the app.
On-airport rental counters and cars are in the Gateway Center next to the parking garage, connected to the terminal by pedestrian bridges.
One terminal serves Concourses A and B. The concourses connect by an underground tunnel, but some B gates require a legitimately long walk.

The free Park and Wait lot has flight-information displays; remain with the vehicle until the passenger is ready.
