PVD is easy to use but no longer bargain-basement parking. Lot E is the on-airport value option; Garage B costs more but gives you a covered walk.

Don’t stand at the wrong curb
Uber and Lyft pickup is in Lot D directly in front of the terminal; follow the app's pickup instructions.
Rental-car counters and vehicles are in the InterLink transportation facility, reached by the covered moving walkway from the terminal.
PVD has one terminal with connected North and South concourses beyond the central checkpoint; no shuttle is required.
