Don’t stand at the wrong curb

Ride-app pickup is on the lower Arrivals curb in the signed Ground Transportation area outside baggage claim.

Rental cars

On-airport rental counters are on the lower level near baggage claim, with vehicles in the adjacent garage; follow company-specific signs.

Terminal transfer

JAX has one terminal with Concourses A and C connected after the central checkpoint; walking is the normal transfer method.
