Ride-app drop-off is on Level 6. Pickup uses designated Level 4 islands; confirm the island in the app.
Rental agencies operate from off-terminal facilities reached by branded shuttles from Level 5.
The underground train links Jeppesen Terminal with Concourses A, B, and C; Concourse A can also be reached by the pedestrian bridge.
