Don’t stand at the wrong curb
After requesting the ride, go to Arrivals Level 1, cross the Arrivals roadway to the ground-transportation area, and wait between the marked columns on the right.
On-site rental-car counters and vehicles are connected to the terminal; follow the rental-car signs from baggage claim.
CMH has one terminal, but Concourses A, B, and C are not connected after security. Changing concourses requires returning landside and screening again.
