Don’t stand at the wrong curb
Pickup rules vary by terminal and time. Follow airport signs to the designated garage or curb location shown in the app; drop-off remains at terminal Departures.
The Rental Car Center is served by free on-airport shuttles that generally run every five to six minutes.
Free Massport shuttles serve every terminal, the Rental Car Center, and Airport Station. Some terminals have walkways or limited post-security links, but do not assume every connection is airside.
